CI&T Receives Award from the United Nations

December 3rd is the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, and we were honored to receive the Global Recognition Award for “Good Practices of Employability for Workers with Disability” from the United Nations.
 
At CI&T, we value the work that we do, especially the work that influences society positively and the work that helps develop and provide new opportunities for our people.
 
Led by the Diversity and Sustainability team, we have developed and implemented initiatives that support inclusion and we continue to increase the number of hires with disabilities throughout the years.
 
We strive to create a diverse culture that all of our employees can thrive in and benefit from.
