Action groups

Action groups are part of ESG governance

Representing an innovative and pioneering structure in the market, they operate autonomously, developing strategies and executing DE&I initiatives with dedicated budgets.

In addition to action groups, we have affinity groups (also known as ERG in some companies), which serve broader purposes and focus on a sense of belonging. Both groups empower our people to organize themselves and shape the work environment according to their preferences.
