Building a prosperous workplace means promoting concrete initiatives for well-being, psychological safety, fair wages and hiring, maintaining and advancing the career of people from underrepresented groups, here understood as cisgender women, black people, people with disabilities and LGBTQIAPN+.

Action groups

Action groups are part of ESG governance,

being an innovative and pioneering structure in the market, with autonomy to develop strategies and execute DE&I actions with a dedicated budget.

Alongside action groups, there are affinity groups (also known as ERG in some companies), which are broader and focus on belonging. Both are ways for our people to organise themselves and build the work environment they want in the way they want.
