Application

This is the step where the recruitment team evaluates the profiles and selects the candidates.

First contact from the CI&T team

CI&T's recruitment team contacts the candidate to understand their expectations and unravel the talent's context for the position.

03. 

Technical and behavioral interview (cases/challenges)

It is the moment to learn more about the candidate's story and evaluate their knowledge and technical and behavioral skills.

It's also an opportunity to clarify doubts, exchange ideas, and receive practical advice. In some cases, both CI&T's and the client's team conduct the technical interview.
