BEES is a global B2B digital platform that completely reimagined ABI’s sales and distribution processes for the digital world.

BEES brings the power of digital to small and medium-sized retailers, putting AB InBev, its holding company, in a new position, one in which stakeholders are involved in the distribution chain.

Now, traditional sales reps are Business Developers; once a week orders are now made anytime through a digital experience, and different purchase options are now in one single app. 

Finally, retailers have more information about prices, portfolios and their own sales performances.

The partnership with CI&T was built on three fronts: processes, people and technology, where we encourage a culture focused on products, data and experimentation

Acting in this case, we have worked to migrate the culture of the squads to a product-oriented mindset, driving prioritization decisions and a test and learn approach, test hypotheses in small markets, taking advantage of learnings to scale.
